The Best Companies to Work For process included a rigorous two-part survey process. The first survey was sent to the company’s HR or executive department regarding the company’s benefits, culture and management structure. These results were coupled with an employee survey to obtain their perspective related to benefits, opportunities and company culture. The corporate survey was worth 25 percent of the final score; the employee surveys were worth 75 percent of the final score.
